Week Fourteen: Boysenbeery!

More travel - this time to a friend's birthday in Upper Moutere. We stayed in the local pub; allegedly the oldest one in New Zealand.

They have a fabulous house on a boysenberry farm which, as these pictures show, is perfect for barbecues and gatherings of friends and family.

Nelson market has all the usual felt slippers, pots of honey and cakes of soap, and it was bustling on Easter weekend.

Upper Moutere is a great hop-growing region, and we all know that good hops make good beer, which can only be a good thing - so we went to check it out.
